With 1 small daily tablet, you receive 75 micrograms of vitamin D3, which corresponds to 1,500% of the daily reference intake (DRI). Use D Booster tablets to prevent or treat a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D can be produced by the body under the influence of sunlight. However, the sun in the Netherlands and Belgium often lacks sufficient strength for vitamin D production. A supplement of this sunshine vitamin is therefore a good addition for many people. Many individuals have an increased need for vitamin D, such as the elderly, children, and people who spend little time outdoors, have dark skin, or wear a veil.
