We deliver our products worldwide. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country:

• Within the EU: 2 to 3 business days
• Outside the EU: 4 to 5 business days
• Worldwide: 6 to 8 business days

Shipments outside the EU and worldwide are considered personal imports for private use of a product available within the EU. Our products comply with all applicable legal regulations within the EU and are subject to the supervision of the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority.

Any import duties, local taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the importing customer and not Elan.

Elan partners with Mollie to ensure secure and smooth payment processing.
You can use various online payment methods with us, including most major credit cards.

Payment by invoice or cash on delivery is not possible at Elan.

This is a deliberate decision. Our products are often used long-term. Therefore, we have structured our company to offer fixed and low prices.

By forgoing purchase by invoice:

• we keep our costs low
• accounts receivable management is eliminated
• we can keep our prices permanently competitive
