At Elan, you may return any ordered product to Elan free of charge within 15 days without providing a reason.

Returning items is free of charge

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your Elan product or its delivery, you can return any unopened and undamaged packaging to us up to 15 days after receipt. We will cover the costs of returning a product. To report a return, please contact Elan via [email protected].

After reporting the return, you will receive the necessary details from us for returning the product. It is important that you include your own address details in the box or envelope so that we can identify who the returned package is from. We will refund the amount paid within five working days after we have received the returned package. You will always receive a confirmation of this by email.

Legal guarantee

All products sold by Elan are covered by the legal guarantee. A legal guarantee means that a product must do what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it. We ask you to handle the product with care during the cooling-off period. For health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products. In the unlikely event of a defect, you will of course receive a replacement product or be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
