How do you use Believe Soft Chews?

Take one Believe Soft Chew and one Believe Soft Chew Support Tablet daily, preferably before or during your evening meal. Chew the Believe Soft Chew and swallow the Believe Soft Chew Support Tablet with water. You may take both at the same time. Always follow your healthcare professional’s recommendation.

Important: Keep calcium and dairy products separate from your Believe Soft Chew Support Tablet

The Believe Soft Chew Support Tablet contains iron. Calcium reduces iron absorption when you take both at the same time. Therefore, do not take your Believe Soft Chew Support Tablet at the same time as calcium supplements or dairy products such as milk, yoghurt and quark.

Do you also use Calcium Soft Chew, Calcium Vital Swallow Tablets or Calcium Chew Chewable Tablets? Take these at a different time.

Always leave at least two hours between taking your Believe Soft Chew Support Tablet and calcium supplements or dairy products. Swallow the tablet with water.

This separation is important for good iron absorption. If your body absorbs too little iron over a longer period, iron deficiency may develop and eventually lead to anaemia. Therefore, follow this intake recommendation every day.
