Elan has developed Calcium Chew chewable tablets and Calcium Vital tablets specifically for people with weight loss surgery to supplement your daily needs. Both the Calcium Soft Chews, the Calcium Chew chewable tablets, and the Calcium Vital tablets contain calcium citrate, as this form of calcium is well absorbed by your body. In addition, vitamin D3 has been added to the Calcium Soft Chews, the Chew chewable tablets, and the Calcium Vital tablets, as this increases calcium absorption in your bones. Important

There should be at least 2 hours between taking the Calcium Vital tablet or the Calcium Chew chewable tablet and your Believe capsule, Believe tablet, and Ferro Vital tablet, so that your body has enough time to absorb the iron properly.
