Minerals, vitamins, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464)), filler (microcrystalline cellulose (E460(i)), choline bitartrate, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate (E470b), silicon dioxide (E551)), colorant (yellow iron oxide (E172)). The product contains no added lactose, gluten, flavourings, or fragrances.

Storage

Store below 25°C and in a dry, dark place. Keep out of reach and sight of small children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Recommended dosage

1 Supreme capsule per day, preferably taken before or during the evening meal. Take the capsule with a sip of water or another sugar-free drink. If you have difficulty taking Supreme capsules, you can find practical tips for easy intake in the “Storage and Intake” section under the “Advice” menu on the Elan website. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Use only on the advice of the treating physician. When taking medication, please read the package insert carefully. In case of an overdose, please consult your doctor.

If you forget to take your Supreme capsule, it is not a problem as long as it does not happen too often. You can continue to take your Supreme capsules as usual and do not need to make up for the missed dose or take an extra one.
